I felt like some of the information in this self paced course was contradictory. In the introduction slide, it stated that you should provide CPR if a patient isn't breathing, is unconscious, OR has no pulse. I'm thinking that if a patient is unconscious, but is breathing and has a pulse, CPR may not be necessary since the breathing and pulse shows that the heart is beating. Also, I thought there was conflicting information about providing CPR if it was a "witnessed collapse" then call 911 and then perform CPR and if was an "unwitnessed collapse" it said to perform CPR for 2 minutes and then call 911. In the final test, I said call 911 first (no matter what) because that's what I would do. I want help to come, but then I'll perform CPR to the best of my ability after that.

This course is very informative. You can stop reading the information or reviewing videos until you can get back to studying. It is at your pace. It is not a timed course, so you do not have to worry about being up until mid-night, because this is the only quite time that you have to complete the test. I highly recommend this course.
