One of the questions was a little confusing...if you don't witness a collapse, the training says begin CPR right away for two minutes before you run and do anything, and I feel like that's confusing.

Excellent information and VERY easy to follow along! At a minimum, I would recommend this for anyone who is not a professional health care provider, who has children or cares for a loved one.
