There need to be better descriptions for medical terms. It is assumed that the student will know things like "advanced airway", when the meaning is not explicitly stated, for example. Better videos would also be useful; it is much easier to understand what should be done with descriptive videos showing how CPR should be performed.

Easy and efficient training. I think having hands-on experience is especially important with CPR and first aid skills, but I do feel more prepared and knowledgeable should anything happen!
