As I commented last year, I feel that many of these questions are unrelated (why are you asking about breastfeeding when it is not mentioned in your course) and misleading (there are actually 5 different types of Hepatitis). Your definition of Engineering Controls are "protocol steps that are put into place to decrease the likelihood of contamination," but in the exam question, " What are Engineering Controls?," you make the only correct answer, "Isolation of exposure to hazardous materials." Using PPE is an bullet point that you use in your curriculum, so why is that answer also not true? Either change the question or change the answers. It's very frustrating to take the time to read through your curriculum and then get asked questions that were not related or poorly worded. I roll my eyes when I'm asked to take this course every August. As a teacher, I feel this exam needs a lot work.
