This information is difficult to follow and make sense of, especially if someone has never been through an in depth in person training before. The order is not logical and the exam does not cover enough material of what is gone over.

The issue is the print-out on the card and certificate. The ease of use was fantastic. Employers have issue with the expiration as it is not on either cert. the day of exam posts needs to be two years post DATE. Hope you affix and solve this issue as will be a return client.
