I am not an expert at cpr or first aid and I am leery of the effectiveness of online testing. While the information provided was pretty good, I think the test was too easy to ensure I will remember what to do in an emergency.

The experience was actually fine with National CPR. The problem is that most institutions will only accept CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). If you are a healthcare professional, don't waste your money and time with National CPR Foundation. You are likely to be forced to retake the certification from the AHA.
