Very basic information. Easy to complete if you have been through CPR/AED/First Aid training previously. Courses are somewhat disjointed and incomplete if you are new to these subjects.

The material was easy to navigate through with detailed explanations. Being a visual learner I enjoyed having the videos available to reemphasize what the material was stating. Recommend for anyone who requires their BLS sooner than later. I plan to take the physical course later on, but this is definitely a good jump start.
