None of the little videos on the side had sound attached. The grammar and punctuation of the text made it hard to follow. Some terms were not easily understandable, especially if someone doesn't already know the term or has medical knowledge. The right verbiage was not used in some places.

Great Course. My only complaint is that the assessment section was too simplistic (i.e., 10 questions) and did not encompass the scope of other critical CPR and First-Aid procedures.
