First time I've done this online. Probably not as thorough/effective as in-person courses, but I appreciate the alternative. Some questions are vague -- e.g. many, but NOT ALL (bumps/scrapes), head injuries warrant a 911 call; a patient who is unconscious and unresponsive may still be breathing and therefore NOT require CPR
