The information was easy to follow and understand. Though it was all just a refresher from my military CLS training, I think that most people should be able to understand the info given and be able to recognize and use the info given if needed.

I don't think reading about CPR and how to save lives is very effective. I would feel more confident in an emergency after a hands-on or video training. There were multiple spelling errors of the word: naloxone. It was misspelled "naxolone" at least two times in one section. Another spelling error occurred as well - I just can't remember what the other word was.

Review for mistakes (material states in one sentence to begin CPR after electric shock; in another sentence it says to turn off power supply first), and updated procedures (use of the word Heimlech).
