Basic Life Support - BLS
Its useful if you use it as a refresher after already completing the Red Cross version of CPR/AED/First Aid. If you rely on it as your first and only training then its not clear enough. But its good for those of us who have done the live class a number of times and just need to renew their credentials quick and easy.
