Typos and awkward language everywhere, and lack of detail and visuals for CPR/AED. More creative visuals such as a flow chart and decision tree would go a long way. More detailed video tutorials with sound would be helpful too. I feel mildly prepared to save someone's life, but that's only because I took an in-person Red Cross course several years ago for lifeguarding.
