While I appreciate the convenience of an online course, I find it disconcerting that no hands-on practice is required. The final test was embarrassingly simplistic. Additionally, numerous grammatical mistakes throughout the course lessened its credibility and professionalism.

Easy to complete. But, there is a lot of crucial information that is incorrect according to the American Heart Association guidelines for both CPR and First Aid procedures. They should be corrected immediately.
