2 questions are erroneous, 1you don't stop CPR just because EMT's arrive, you stop when they are ready to take over. 2 you dont do CPR on someone unconscious and unresponsive. You do CPR ONLY if they have no pulse, unconscious, unresponsive people USUALLY do have a pulse.
