From being in EMS over 30 years, this is a good refresher. a few of the questions are misleading ie: just because a person is unconscious and unresponsive does not automatically require CPR. There is not enough information given to suggest the need for chest compressions. a more appropriate answer would be to ensure the victim has an open airway. Just a thought... I actually thought the course would be harder! I do feel some of the information could have been more thorough, and with more demonstration videos. I think the exam at the end should also be just a bit more extensive with more questions added to it. Other than that a great experience, very easy to go through and can easily be done within about 2 hours.

The questions on the test are very basic and obvious. With something that is so life saving, the questions should make the exam taker involve themselves a bit more in the topic to ensure understanding.

You badly need someone to edit your copy. Some spelling errors, poor English, etc. Very unprofessional. Otherwise an excellent course. I love the videos, though I would like to start out by seeing the blood, because it helps to get over the revulsion factor.
