. I shudder to think that anyone who has not had an in-person class can get certified through this program, although I believe once one is certified that this program serves as an adequate refresher. The written materials were full of typos and very poor quality, although the videos may be helpful

There were misspelled words in the modules, as well as incorrect grammar. The questions on the test were incomplete and simplistic. The test should have been more than 10 questions.
