I've had previous Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid training through the Red Cross a few years ago, but have to recertify for my new job. We had two choices as to where/who we wanted to get our training from (Red Cross -OR- National CPR Foundation). I chose National CPR Foundation because A) it was easier on the wallet and B) I was told it was more advanced training wise than the Red Cross. Whether the latter is true or not, I did find all of the training very true and accurate. I do wish there was more detail in some areas, but this is still awesome training to have. I've already shared it on my Facebook in hope others will take part in becoming certified. Having this knowledge REALLY CAN save someone's life! -Morgan
