This is a pointless test. This should be done in person with a trained professional. I only did this because my work required it. For true training, you must have hands on experience.

Immediately after paying for the CPR certificate I asked for a refund and was told I had to wait for the cards to get here then return them and send a note requesting a refund. I did this and I still have yet to receive a refund. I was informed that I could not use any certificates that I purchased onLine I had to take an actual class. Can somebody please issue me a refund? If I could’ve used it I would’ve been happy with it but I am very unhappy with this current situation and nobody has responded to me in months. My experience with your company is very poor.
