There is too much reading. A lot of people are visual learners, and everyone would benefit from more visuals to explain what CPR and first aid actually looks like. I think there needs to be a requirement to watch video tutorials to ensure that people are absorbing the information, and a much more difficult test that actually assesses a persons knowledge. The course is far too easy and it is unsettling knowing that people are certified when there's a good chance that they'd have no idea what to do in an emergency.
