The training material has several spelling and grammar errors, which distracts from the content, causes potential misunderstanding, and undermines the credibility of this training. The lengthy reading material with few diagrams, photos, and videos is not likely to result in effective learning or long-term retention. Rather than a short 10-question "exam" at the end which barely proves mastery of the material, short quiz questions at the end of each section may aid in retention and checking for understanding.
