Very informative. Only real critique I have is sometimes the treatments wouldn't really match the location in the training. Example, your going over different airway clearing procedures for adults and infants and then a couple paragraphs down it's into bleeding responses.

Except for when I put the address I wanted the certificate mailed to and a flag came up saying I had no numbers in my address and I did have numbers in my address. I don't know what was missing. Even asked a co-worker to look at it. Everything was present. When I decided to click the option "ship to a different address", I put my home address in and it accepted it. Go figure.
