The instructions for many things, such as CPR, were unclear. Some instructions seemed to be contradictory as well. Many terms were used without an explanation of what they meant. It may be beneficial to split the info up into even more digestible sections/chunks. It may also benefit to have summary sections at the end of each page or at appropriate points. Also, there were several grammar and spelling errors, which gave off an unprofessional impression.
