Easy to understand and very convenient for an employee whose time is very hectic.

The information presented in this course was often confusing and used terms that I needed to look up elsewhere on the internet. The videos were also not super helpful. Some diagrams (ie. where to place your hands for CPR) and better instructional videos would have made a lot of difference.
