Process was easy to use but I do not agree with some of the instructions. A patient may be unconscious and unresponsive but still breathing and heart is beating. Thus CPR should NOT be performed. Also, some head injuries are not severe and do not require a call to 911.

A nice format. Easy to read and follow for instruction. Nice video examples. Only have one question on the exam that I dispute the answer of. But that's because of the way I have always been taught in every CPR class until now. Other than that I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to learn CPR.
