1 star because I was charged for an ACLS coarse but they sent me a BLS card, the material was good. But I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t get what I paid for even after calling a representative on the phone.

I learned more by reading this than I did at past in-person CPR classes, and this was very convenient and fast. Only problem is that there were some typing errors and a few odd sentence structures that could be easily fixed.
