Thank goodness this was a refresher course for me. At times it seemed like a course for professionals who might understand how to adjust an open chest wound to avoid occu-something pnuemothorax- what and then it described what a bruise was. Totally Baffling. The description of where to place your hands properly for chest compressions was totally confusing and lacked any kind of diagram to help you try to decipher it. Watching the attached videos was no further help either. If I hadn't taken other first aid and CPR courses I would know this certificate meant absolutely nothing. I hope places where actual first aid and CPR knowledge is more important require certification from a different organization. If this wasn't set up by my company I would be convinced I was just scammed.

Thank you for having this online! I taught CPR/First Aid for 25 years and I was so thrilled to find an online program that stood true to my teaching and learning!

I gave 5 stars because it is very informative. However, I don't agree with a question. When asked "You should continue CPR on a patient when EMS arrives" I said YES. The answer was False. But you don't stop until EMS tells you too. This is just telling me they pulled up to the scene. I was always told you dont stop until EMS tells you too. Very misleading question.

To properly learn CPR, there should also be a hands on class. I would not feel comfortable administering CPR after just taking a quiz.
