I really liked how concise the material was. It is especially helpful for those who have taken the course many times and are familiar with the information. I did however feel that much of the information was delivered in a rather disorganized manner. Not just the order of injuries and illnesses (although those could have been grouped a little better), but also each individual section of information on each injury/illness. Much of the specifics to symptoms, treatment, steps taken, etc seemed to be delivered in no particular order. Especially when some of them it is rather important to know the correct order to evaluate, call, treat. But, all the information was there. Thank you!

There were contradictory statements/instructions, e.g. on AED - first it said Never use AED on infants, and then it said when using AED on infants if the pads are touching, move the left pad to the back of the infant. Which is it? Do or don't us AED on infants??) There were also several grammatical and typographical errors (e.g. 100,00 instead of 100,000, etc.)

a few incorrect words in statements, descriptions. Some questions were vaguely written. It was hard to determine the exact circumstances to which the questions referred. I expected a more detailed and lengthy exam.
