Quite a few typo's. The topic of "shock" and a person being "in shock" was interesting. I believe it was referred to once as "the shock" and another time as "shocked." This seems inaccurate to me (based on prior trainings)

The answer for number 4 is false. it says in the reading to call 911 if...then there is a list of symptoms. if there are no symptoms the answer is false. it does not say to call 911 immediately.
