Thank you for making this easy!! I have had several courses of hands on training over the past several years, so a refresher that I can just do from home is awesome! I re-certify every two years for work. I will definitely use this service again in the future. (I would recommend hands on training the first one or two times, however, until someone is very confident with the techniques and just requires reminders of ratios, specific steps, etc).
