To best accommodate various learning styles, I would have found it helpful to have sound with each video demonstration. I first thought the lack of sound was a technical difficulty on my end. However, I tried to view the videos on two separate devices and still no sound. My apologies if it was in fact an issue on my end that I was unable to resolve. However, I simply would have liked to watch and hear how such serious scenarios should best be executed. Otherwise, I found the course to be helpful and informative.
