Basic Life Support - BLS
I'm a healthcare provider and renewed my BLS certificate with you. I felt that information was clear and accurate. I recommend working to make this a more interactive style learning module with videos and scenarios that require the learner to apply the material. I recommend adding a quiz at the end of each mini section and the learner must complete to access the exam at the end of the course. I also recommend increasing the length and difficulty of the test (for the BLS level.) In doing so, I think more people will continue to value and accept online training like this. Thank you for offering this!

I was very pleased at the overall user friendly application of the course. The material was very "spot on" and enabled the course details, and videos, to be very applicable to the subject matter for the user. The course material truly provided that information which gives the user the comprehension and confidence for real world application. Yes, real-time instructor lead courses are very good, however, now haven experienced the certification process in this forum, in a comparative analysis, this format also is a very valuable tool. Not happy with this course. I studied for 4 hours and I expected more then 10 questions. Also the way all of the instructions read...I found it NOT to be an easy read for a high school grad with some college. In my opinion it needs to be reworded into plain and simple English so that even an 8th grader could understand.

Experience (hands-on training) is more effective than book training. The course has a lot of know how and is explained well but knowing and be able to perform the task are different.
