love you guys but i think everybody knows online training for real life emergency scenarios is not enough. like for real this is a joke. you should probably own it and take back all the certs you issued and schedule in person training at a deep discount to those who purchased this online training. honestly what are you thinking?

How would I know that what have learned in theory will be administered correctly. I feel practice with a dummy would be greater reassurance. But just a thought.
