This course has multiple spelling and grammar errors, and is very confusing to follow. I am not better prepared to administer CPR or First Aid as a result of this training.

Our organization has used this company for several years now. It is a very cost effective way of getting BLS training to staff in different locations. It is however frustrating that there isn't a phone number to contact anyone. They are however responsive to email.
