Incredibly user friendly. i would definitely recomend National CPR foundation to anyone in the market for fast and easy certification.

quiz questions were poorly worded. Some of the sections had confusing information about whether it was referring to one rescuer vs two

THE EXAM HAD THE SAME QUESTIONS AS THE FIRST QUIZ. I THINK YOU SHOULD CHANGE THE QUESTIONS ESPECIALLY IF THE STUDENT FAILED THE FIRST TIME.

There is an incorrect question on the exam. It states that there are only 3 types of hepatitis when there is 5 main viruses.

It was at my own pace, which I appreciated. However, I wish I could have had some hands on; or video samples with voice depicting the scenarios.

This course is generally really informative while being succinct but I think it would benefit the course to define terms such as Jaw-Thrust maneuver within the course, and give further visual information regarding anatomy when giving instructions such as "where the ribs meet". I am required to take this course because I work with children but I am not a medical professional so I am unfamiliar with many terms in this course. Also, in one of the CPR videos the rhythm of the compressions was definitely noticeably faster than "Staying Alive" so I found myself unsure of which rhythm was correct.
