Not happy with this course. I studied for 4 hours and I expected more then 10 questions. Also the way all of the instructions read...I found it NOT to be an easy read for a high school grad with some college. In my opinion it needs to be reworded into plain and simple English so that even an 8th grader could understand.

Experience (hands-on training) is more effective than book training. The course has a lot of know how and is explained well but knowing and be able to perform the task are different.
