Include audio description of procedures in instructional videos. Grammar and spell check instructions. Some instructions seemed contradictory (particularly those for applying/not applying a dressing to an open chest wound). Provide layperson definitions for medical/technical terminology (i.e., "occlusion"). Adequate but not stellar training materials.

The information was relatively clear and the certification process is convenient. I do wish they would review the section on infant CPR. In the instructions it says to "use AED as soon as it is available" but on the test I got the question wrong when I answered "True" to "AED can be used on infants".

The question I missed was very misleading. In the literature it says most head injuries result in bumps and bruise. Only when severe would you call 911. The question only state would I call 911 after a head injury. Did not give specifics on injury. If I bump my head on the wall and get a bruise I am not going to call 911. It was very misleading.
