I think many things could be better done along the way. For starters, adding captions to the photos and videos would certainly be helpful, and perhaps adding a “chapter test” for each chapter would be good. The process to get certified is easy and affordable for sure, but I am left feeling like I could have absorbed the information provided more deeply.

I think first question on exam is not as clear as it could be. It does inform as to whether the event was witnessed or not, which would make a difference in the answer.

CPR should not be stopped just because EMS personnel have ARRIVED; it should be stopped when EMS personnel have given the instruction to stop so that they can take over. Please be clear about your meaning of "arrive". Have they simply pulled up in their vehicle or have they gotten into position to be able to take over from the person administering CPR?
