The reason for a 3 star rating is your answers fro question 6 & 7 is incorrect. Question 6 is; For adult / adolescents, you should activate EMS: You state that the correct answer is: Before providing CPR. This is only correct if you have witnessed the collapse, If you have not witnessed the collapse you perform 2 cycles of CPR before activating EMS. On question 7 you ask when a patient is unconscious and unresponsive CPR should be performed. This is false as a patient will at times be unconscious and unresponsive, but still have regular respirations and normal pulse, in which case you would do more harm than good.

Ive been required to have BLS cert since I became a nurse in 2010. This course was better than the ones we've taken at work as it covered wound care, strokes, concussions and practical info whereas the course at work did not.
