The training was comprehensive, but the test was not rigorous enough to make me feel confident that I could save someone's life in an emergency situation. I would suggest more videos, with audio and visual explanations of the CPR and first-aid procedures, along with more questions on the test which require memorization of the key facts needed in a life-threatening situation.
