The class was a TON of reading. The videos were scarce and often not helpful at all. The quiz didn't really test my competancy. Some of the writing sounded like it had been translated out of another language or something and there were several typos. I also believe that some of the information is outdated. For example, it didn't say to alternate the Heimlich with back blows for adults, just mentioned it for infants. And for nose bleeds, it didn't clearly state not to put the head back but to lean forward a bit. These are things I caught only because I know about them, which makes me wonder how much else is outdated or unclear and I just didn't know to catch. I do appreciate the ease and price of the course.
