Breathing is no longer used in cpr, yet you still have it in your training. That is not correct.

I appreciate the training and the fact that it is fast and efficient. The down side is that it is not interactive and is a lot of reading information. I will also challenge question 7 in particular about head injuries - the fact that it is buried under injuries and listed last under concussion - BUT my bigger and issue and dispute is that you have a true/false question about whether or not I need to contact 911 immediately if a patient has a head injury. The fact is that false is the correct answer to the question based upon the information you supply which states directly - call 911 immediately if..... and you list various symptoms that need to be exhibited in order to call 911 immediately. Thus if my patient doesn't exhibit any of those symptoms I am not required to contact 911 immediately. Yet you state the answer is 'true' and 911 should be contacted immediately - if this is the case them your information provided to trainees needs to be updated and made clear that this is an expectation not predicated on if the patient exhibits any of the symptoms out lined in the list that you provide. I have screen captured the training information and the questions for my reference as I am of the opinion and belief that my score is 100% and I answered all 12 questions correct based upon the provided information in the training materials. Thanks again for the training and asking for feedback. Leslie Waldow
