My wife recommended I come here for certification as she recently completed her certifications here and was pleased with her experience. Great course! Tests were easy to access and navigate. Some questions were a bit too vague, which made the question hard to answer because I wasn't given all of the information. For example: "You discontinue CPR when EMS arrives on the scene: True or False".The answer is two fold. You do not stop CPR until EMS tells you to stop (tags you out so they can begin). So with that in mind the answer would be false. However the correct answer could also be True because of course you stop CPR when they arrive and are ready to take over. Of course you are not expected to continue CPR all the way to the hospital with EMS. However the minute they show up, you don't just quit while they're still getting their equipment out because every second counts with CPR. The question didn't clarify what they were asking , or give enough information, which made it a poor question. With the lack of information it could have been either true or false depending on your critical thinking path. I noticed a few questions like that on both tests I took. At that point the test becomes more about trying to figure out how the author of the question thinks, rather than proving your knowledge of the subject. Overall the courses were informative and great and the system is user friendly. Will be back in 2 years to renew!
