I think it would take less effort for average persons like myself to comprehend and process the information if the language was written in simpler terms that are more common to the average person; less legalese, etc. Otherwise, I thought it was well organized and easy to navigate the process. Thank you for providing this service. I heard about this through my employer, as it is a requirement for employment.
