I couldn’t make the volume work on videos. Also, it uses some very technical terms which could use some explanation, yet other times, very “non-technical” words such as “butt”. Overall, the writing could be improved.

The course is excellent, the only aspect that is missing is the hands-on learning, if you could follow up the on-line training with a automated recommendation or recommendations for the nearest CPR Training sites nearest to the course taker, it would help immensely.
