I had to Google "AP" to find lout that it means Anterior to Posterior. I think you should have defined this abbreviation. You used the "30:2" ratio without saying that it is 30 compressions to 2 breaths (?mouth to mouth?). And initially you say that mouth to mouth is no longer used yet your training talks about mouth to mouth. FYI.
