There are a lot of grammatical errors and typos in this course. None of the videos have sound. Some parts of it are super redundant but unclear about the key points. The description for hand positioning for adults is confusing and could lead to people causing harm by performing compressions over the xyphoid process instead of the center of the sternum. Overall, I think this course is 'okay' for HCP who are already very familiar and highly trained because we already know what we're doing, but if anyone actually needs to re-learn these topics, this course will not do a good job. The whole course needs to be proofread by someone who is proficient at CPR/first aid AND has strong written language skills.
