Question about a client who is unconscious and unresponsive is in error. CPR is only done when a client has no pulse. Unresponsive and unconscious person may only need rescue breathing

Question was marked wrong. Should you call 911 for a head injury. Obviously this question needs more information to be actually true. If a person gets hit in the head and there is no mark or swelling, I am not sure 911 would appreciate the call. Also, more videos and context to questions would be helpful. Because I am renewing for around the 15th time, it works. I would not recommend to someone new
