Basic Life Support - BLS
Needed to renew my certifications, but it's such a busy time in my life right now so needed to be able to take the class on my own time (past midnight)! This was very convenient, especially since I've taken these courses every year for the past 20+ years; however, if you've never had the in-person BLS/FA/CPR classes, I do not feel like this would prepare one for a true emergency situation, and I recommend taking a live, in-person course. But it was perfect for me and for what I needed ;-)
