This is hands down the easiest, fastest and least expensive way to renew a certificate for BLS or CPR or any certification offered. I don't feel that anyone should get certified initially without having the CPR dummies or an AED, since performing chest compressions is so much more difficult than it looks, and an AED might be more difficult to use in a stressful life or death situation without having hands on practice.
