Still waiting for my refund...Customer service is not great. I used them 2 years ago and had a great experience. Using them this time around, I regret it. Cancelled class with less than 12 hours notice. When I call to get information about the schedule, they kept giving me misinformation. Now that the class is no longer happening and I won't be rescheduling, I requested a refund. They told me would happen and I still have yet to see a refund. I would 1000% use another vendor.
