The CPR training was extremely confusing because basic terms were not defined. Does "collapse" refer to a person's posture, or of the lungs? What does a "collapse" look like for an infant? What is an emergency response system, and how do I activate it? These questions were unanswered in the training materials.

I would like more details in regard to CPR, AED, and first aid training. It concerns me that this training is what qualifies educators across the United States as 'certified in CPR and basic first aid'. If my own child had a substantial medical emergency at school, I would be concerned if this course was the only training their educators had. I honestly had more CPR and basic first aid training in middle school with a much more extensive exam than this course had to offer. Please provide more details and longer videos in your course; innocent lives depend on it!
