The question I missed was unclear, it asked what should be done first in the case of a collapsed adult...administer CPR or activate the emergency response system. It did not say whether the collapse had been witnessed or not... so how would one know what the correct answer would be/

Right away I was able out my certificate but as your promise I didn't receive anything by mail although I received confirmation email for shipment. It's strange there is no tracking number and I email to customer support they didn't respond to me.
