I reviewed the CPR/AED/First Aid course and took the associated exam. There were several areas where the text did not make complete sense as some grammar issues were apparent. There were also a few terms that were not explained well (or at all). Please review the course content and correct, or I will need to switch my organization to a different website for mandatory CPR training. Also, the exam question about whether you have to call 911 for a head injury is misleading given your course content specifically states most head injuries are not serious and to only call 911 under specific circumstances. That is not how the test question reads for a correct answer. Thank you.
